Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that health situations change. We ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, so that appointment slots can be offered to other patients who may be waiting.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge. Appointment can be rescheduled at no cost.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Consultation fee may be partially forfeited depending on circumstances.
  • No-show (no notice): Consultation fee is forfeited. A new booking will require full payment at the time of scheduling.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Call the clinic directly or send a WhatsApp message to +91-97892-52306. Do not attempt to cancel by email for same-day appointments - phone or WhatsApp is faster and more reliable.

Surgical Procedure Cancellations

For elective surgical procedures, cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled surgery date may incur hospital administrative fees. These are set by the respective hospital and are outside our direct control.

We Also Cancel (and We'll Tell You)

On rare occasions, clinics may need to be rescheduled due to Dr. Vignesh's surgical commitments or an emergency case. We give as much notice as possible and will always reschedule you at the earliest available slot.
